Why I started SendTrim
I built SendTrim after years of working with “big name” email tools for real businesses. The pattern was always the same:
- Pricing jumps the moment you grow, or you're forced into bundles you don't need.
- UIs full of features nobody uses, but somehow basic things feel slow and fragile.
- Deliverability treated like a marketing slogan, not something you can actually understand and control.
SendTrim is my answer: a focused email platform where you get a clean UI for campaigns, a straightforward Email API, and guardrails around reputation instead of hidden penalties.

What I actually do all day
I'm a backend engineer by background, but SendTrim forces me to wear all the hats:

- Debugging deliverability edge cases with users
- Writing docs, answering support, planning the roadmap
